Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Lines build up quickly after school and in the evening, especially near colleges. Most of these businesses accept cards and mobile pay and skew younger in clientele and atmosphere.

Fullerton is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fullerton follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

While visiting this particular location there was only 1 staff member on a busy Sunday afternoon. We waited quite awhile before receiving our drinks. The staff did not read the tickets that we paid for boba for each Mango Fantasy drink. Instead of remaking the drinks, he simply put the boba into a new cup and dumped what was made from the previous cup. That was a big mistake. This drink is supposed to have a white coconut layer at the bottom and the mango layer on top. But that was not the case for either of our drinks. There was only mango in the drink. Very disappointing considering weβve had this drink many many times at other locations. We could only manage to take a few sips before throwing them away. Too too sweet and did not taste like what we have had many times. The staff clearly needs better training to understand the menu and how each drink should be properly prepared especially when it is his mistake.

Not too bad. The menu isn't particularly wide but has a decent range of different options. They also offer some cake desserts, but I wouldn't recommend them. * Lychee Oolong: 9/10 - light and refreshing * Boba (Topping): 9/10 - soft and chewy, decent proportion * Oreo Cheese Cake: 4/10 - quite dense and heavy, cream was sour The interior was spacious and clean with plenty of seating. We came while they were hosting a KPOP cupsleeve event so the tables and chairs were rearranged differently. They're located in a plaza with other restaurants so it should be easy finding a spot. The workers were also nice and we didn't have to wait too long. Stop by and see it for yourself!

You wrote a review for Feng Cha Teahouse 13 minutes ago 5.0 star rating8/14/2023 I took my daughter to Feng Cha new locations in Fullerton to celebrate her early birthday with cake and boba. It's strawberry everything for her. I knew she would have a great time here. Feng Cha did not disappoint. They are extending their grand opening celebration with their BOGO DEAL! 50% off drinks until 7/28! Just tell them oc.socal.eats sent you here I love what they did to the place. My daughter enjoyed seeing the fish tank. Not just one but I believe there's 6 all under the seat benches. What I got Cakes: * Matcha Love | Perfect for all matcha lovers like me * Strawberry Princess | princess cake for the Princess's birthday. Drinks: * Strawberry Breeze | for my Princess. She did not share at all * Creme Brulee Dirty Boba | I ordered this knowingly Andrew would like this better while he ordered something else that I would end up drinking. I was right. * Overflowing Grapefruit | this is what I end up with.

This is the most photogenic boba spot I've ever been to! They got a rose wall, comfy seating, and even fish tanks under their benches! Whether for a date or a boba run, this is the place to go. Plus their drinks and desserts are really good. I personally like the Purple Reign. It is not too sweet and has delicious real black grape in it.
